Flight from Gyumri to Moscow Delayed
The flight from Gyumri to Moscow's Vnukovo Airport operated by Pobeda Airlines has been delayed due to security restrictions in Moscow. This information was published on the airport's online display board.
The flight has been postponed by 4 hours and 20 minutes; the aircraft was originally scheduled to depart at 07:00 and the new expected departure time is now 11:20.
It is noteworthy that during the night of August 18, Sobyanin reported periodic interceptions of drones flying towards Moscow. At 02:30, he reported on the interception of six UAVs, at 02:50 seven more, at 03:00 ten, and at 03:30 forty UAVs. Another ten UAVs were destroyed at 04:00, nine at 04:20, and four more at 04:30.
As a result of the drone attacks, restrictions on flights have been imposed at Moscow's Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Zhukovsky airports. Sheremetyevo airport continues to operate flights in coordination with relevant authorities.
