SATM Suspends Production of Two Products from 'Ost'
The State Service for Food Safety (SATM) has conducted inspections at the public catering facility owned by the 'Bonost' LLC (located at 16 Saryan Street, Yerevan, 'Ost. Wine and Food'). During the inspection, sampling was carried out on the available food items.
The SATM has reported that laboratory research revealed the production of hazardous food items. Samples of 'dolma' and 'khinkali' did not meet the standards of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria (MAFA) as required by the technical regulations of the Customs Union Law on Food Safety.
As a result, the head of the State Service for Food Safety has decided to suspend the production of 'dolma' and 'khinkali' at the public catering facility. A deadline has been set for the rectification of the identified violations.
