Azerbaijan Will Not Allow Its Territory to Be Used for Attacks Against Neighboring Countries - Hajiyev

Azerbaijan's Assistant to the President and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department Hikmet Hajiyev has stated that Azerbaijan will never allow its territory to be used for organizing attacks against other states.

He emphasized that Iran is a fraternal country for Azerbaijan, and Baku is committed to maintaining friendly relations with its neighbors.

In an interview with Turkish newspaper Milliyet, Hajiyev mentioned that Azerbaijani territory is under the exclusive sovereignty of the country, and the republic will never permit attacks to be carried out from its territory against any neighboring state.

According to him, this approach reflects Azerbaijan's commitment to international legal norms and regional stability.
