Most EU Countries Are Heading Towards Extinction: Musk

American billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has stated that the largest economies in the world are on the path to extinction due to low birth rates.

“In 21 out of the 27 EU countries, the death rate exceeds the birth rate. They are heading towards extinction for a long time,” Musk wrote on his social media page.

Musk was commenting on United Nations statistics reported by Financial Times regarding the birth rates in the largest economies, specifically France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, and the United States. The statistics show a decline in birth rates since the 1950s.
