Video: Chain Reaction Accident in Yerevan Involving 7 Vehicles
Auroranews.am has learned from radio listeners that a chain reaction accident occurred on Rubinyants Street, causing traffic to come to a standstill.
According to Shamshyan.com, "Today, on May 16, a chain reaction accident took place in Yerevan. At approximately 1:40 PM, vehicles including an 'Audi,' 'Toyota Corolla,' 'Chevrolet Volt,' 'Hyundai,' 'BYD,' and 'Nissan,' along with a 'MAZ' crane, collided.
As a result of the accident, one individual with bodily injuries was transported to the 'St. Gregory the Illuminator' medical center." Information about the accident has been transferred from the Yerevan city police to the investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee's traffic crimes division, from which a team has arrived.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the accident, and the identities of the drivers and the injured party are being determined. According to preliminary information, the cause of the accident was the crane, which had technical issues leading to the incident.
