VIDEO: Help from the 'Big Brother' Did Not Arrive When We Needed It, Ararat Mirzoyan

“For decades, if not centuries, we believed that in this hostile situation we needed a strong big brother, a friend who could protect us. This perspective has now changed,” said Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during a dialogue in Yerevan.

“When the time came and we truly needed that protection from the ‘big friend’, that help did not arrive. And this significantly changed the perception of our foreign policy among the public, not to mention within political institutions and the political elite,” Mirzoyan stated.
