New Electronic Bankruptcy System to Launch
Starting from April 27, the Ministry of Justice will launch a new electronic bankruptcy system. From that point on, all procedural documents related to new judicial cases submitted to the court (application, claim, objection, position, motion, lawsuit, appeal, etc.) must be prepared and submitted through the system, in accordance with the tools provided by the system and the requirements set forth (except for information that constitutes state secrets, which must be submitted in material form). This applies to the following subjects:
- Legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, state and local self-government bodies, lawyers acting as representatives, bankruptcy case managers, notaries, and licensed conciliators.
- Individuals who have engaged with the electronic system at least once in bankruptcy matters or have registered in the electronic system based on an application directed to the bankruptcy case manager and subsequently did not inform the court reviewing the case about the impossibility of using the electronic system.
The Ministry reminds that the Supreme Judicial Council published a statement on April 16 regarding the launch of the electronic bankruptcy system.
