The Supreme Court has partially upheld the appeal of the Deputy Prosecutor General of Armenia, granting legal force to the judicial act of the Anti-Corruption Court of First Instance. This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia.

It is noteworthy that the Asset Recovery Division of the Prosecutor's Office had filed a lawsuit against Karapet Guloyan (former head of the Abovyan community in Kotayk province) and individuals connected to him in the Anti-Corruption Court.

On July 1, 2024, the Anti-Corruption Court partially satisfied the claim presented by the Prosecutor General's Office against Karapet Murad Guloyan, Roza Gagik Zaroukian, and third parties
