Telegram Completely Stops Working in Russia

In Russia, the availability of the Telegram messenger has reached a 100% network outage level, according to data from the DownDetector monitoring system. In the last hour, around 350 reports have been registered regarding issues accessing the application. The highest activity of disruptions occurred at 09:13, with 146 complaints. Over the last 24 hours, the total number of responses has amounted to about 2,800.

Some users report that the issues persist even with the use of VPN services. Additionally, it is noted that in March, Telegram's management blocked around 143,000 groups and channels within two days, according to published statistics.
