“We continue to impose strict control regarding the bitumen, and I must say that, on average, only 1 or 2 out of 10 trucks have crossed the border of Armenia recently; the remaining 8 have been sent back,” said Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Davit Khudatyan at a government meeting.
In response, Nikol Pashinyan stated, “We will not accept low-quality work.”
