Video: Ministry of Internal Affairs Discusses New Restrictions for Drivers
Arman Chilingaryan, deputy head of the Patrol Service of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has announced that measures are being taken to prevent traffic jams and delays caused by non-standard situations.
"We are studying the circumstances under which traffic accidents occur, particularly those accidents that happen in the same place for the same reasons. We are taking measures in this direction. We are also examining the issue of applying responsibility to drivers entering an intersection with a green traffic signal," Chilingaryan noted.
In addition, agreements are being made with the city hall to carry out road construction work mainly at night or on less busy days.
