Gold Prices Rise: Details
The trading session on December 5 at the NYMEX has resulted in the following prices for gold, silver, and platinum:
Gold prices increased by 0.21% to reach $4,212.90, silver prices rose by 1.87% to $58.42, and platinum prices saw a 0.22% increase to $1,660.50.
All prices are measured in troy ounces (31.1 grams). The New York Merchantile Exchange (NYMEX) is an American futures exchange that continues trading across two main commodities: NYMEX for oil, gas, platinum, palladium, ethanol, coal, electricity, and carbon dioxide emissions, and COMEX for gold, silver, copper, and aluminum.
