Earthquake in Ukraine
On the night of July 1, a 3.1 magnitude earthquake occurred near the village of Karpusy in the Poltava region, located about 10 kilometers from the regional center. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the website of the Special Monitoring Center.
"On July 1, 2025, at 01:23:29, the Special Monitoring Center registered an earthquake in the area of the village of Karpusy in the Poltava region, measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale, at a depth of 7 kilometers," stated the monitoring center.
Analysts added that according to the generally accepted classification of earthquakes, the tremors registered at night are categorized as undetectable.
