US Continues Maritime Blockade of Iran: Dozens of Ships Banned from Heading to Iran
The US Central Command has announced that the maritime blockade of Iran continues. Several dozen ships have been prohibited from sailing towards Iran, and some vessels have been taken out of service.
The speaker of the Islamic Republic's parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, addressed the tensions between Iran and the US, accusing Washington of preparing for a massive assault under the guise of negotiations.
“We are not afraid of American threats. We urge Washington to fulfill its obligations,” emphasized Ghalibaf.
