Activity of the Bread Production Workshop at 'Ziranche' Supermarket Suspended
The food safety inspection body has suspended the activity of the bread and pastry production workshop at the 'Ziranche' supermarket (located at 13/3 Sherami Street, Yerevan), which belongs to 'NN Holding' LLC. The inspection found multiple violations of the sanitary and hygienic norms established by law.
These violations include:
- The layout of the production facility does not eliminate the accumulation of dirt, and there is a risk of particles falling into the produced food,
- The ventilation system above the sink and oven was found to be dirty and exposed, which does not prevent the risk of food contamination,
- Some sections of the walls in the workshop were damaged, and the surfaces were not made of waterproof, washable, and disinfectable materials,
- A part of the ceiling was inadequate, failing to prevent dirt accumulation, posing a risk of falling particles,
- The surfaces of technological equipment and property in contact with food were damaged and not made of non-absorbent materials,
- The containers in direct contact with food were not made of materials that meet hygiene requirements and were not maintained in a state of repair.
Based on the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activity of the bread and pastry workshop has been suspended, and a deadline has been set to rectify the identified violations.
