Turkey-U.S.-Ukraine Trilateral Meeting Has Begun
The trilateral meeting between delegations from Turkey, the United States, and Ukraine has commenced at the Dolmabahçe presidential office in Istanbul. This has been reported by Turkish media outlets.
The negotiations are being presided over by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. The U.S. delegation is led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio. The American delegation also includes U.S. Ambassador to Ankara Tom Barak and Special Representative for Ukraine under President Donald Trump, Keith Kellogg.
It is noteworthy that during these meetings in Turkey, the Russian delegation is led by presidential assistant Vladimir Medinski. The Russian delegation comprises Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin and Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin. The Ukrainian delegation includes Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, and Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.
