Developer Handed Over Building Without Gasification and Sufficient Electrical Capacity

During an open session of the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, the proceedings against "Rem Group" LLC were reviewed. Representatives of the developer and residents of the building located at 8/9 Frunzhy Street in Yerevan attended the proceedings. The case was initiated based on a complaint from a group of citizens who purchased apartments in the mentioned building, concerning violations against the interests of consumers.

The residents stated in their application that the developer handed over the building without fulfilling a number of obligations it had assumed. In particular, the building is not connected to the gas supply, the existing electrical capacity is insufficient, and there is no playground available. The examination of the case is currently underway.
