They were not offended by being called Turks until now: Rustamyan
They were not offended by being called Turks until now; on the contrary, the term 'Turk' was a great compliment for them. This was stated by Armenian National Assembly deputy Armen Rustamyan during a conversation with journalists, in reference to Arsen Torosyan's remarks.
“Go check with each other,” he urged the authorities.
When asked if Levon Kocharyan plans to apologize, Rustamyan replied, “When everyone takes responsibility for their insults, then perhaps. I do not justify insults, but I reiterate, the wind sows, and the storm reaps,” the deputy said.
Regarding the absence of the Armenia faction from today’s session, Rustamyan stated, “If we were afraid, we wouldn’t be here now.”
