Turkey's Foreign Ministry: We Are Unaware of Zelensky's Plans
The Presidential Administration of Turkey has announced that there is no information regarding Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's plans to visit Turkey on May 15 for negotiations aimed at resolving the conflict in Ukraine. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
“We do not have such information. The plans of the President of Ukraine are unknown to us,” said a source from the agency in response to questions about Zelensky's planned visit to Turkey on Thursday.
Additionally, former U.S. President Donald Trump called on the authorities in Kyiv on Sunday to agree immediately to Russian President Vladimir Putin's proposal to hold negotiations in Turkey. For his part, Zelensky stated that he would be waiting for Putin in Turkey on Thursday.
