Russian President Vladimir Putin has confirmed the Russian side's readiness to negotiate with Ukraine without preconditions during a meeting with U.S. Special Envoy Stephen Biegun. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, in a conversation with journalists.
“During the conversation with Biegun, Vladimir Putin reiterated that the Russian side is ready to resume the negotiation process with Ukraine without any preconditions,” said the Kremlin spokesperson.
