Petriakow on Eduard Spersyan's Health Condition
The head coach of the Armenian national football team, Alexander Petriakow, spoke about the health condition of our leading player, Eduard Spersyan, during the pre-match press conference for the UEFA Nations League group stage match against North Macedonia scheduled for tomorrow.
"Edik is preparing for tomorrow's game. He had some back pain, and based on my decision, he did not travel with the team to the Faroe Islands. He wanted to take pain relief and participate in that match, but I did not allow it. I never jeopardize the health of my players. If everything is normal before tomorrow's match, Spersyan will take the field," said Petriakow.
It is worth mentioning that Spersyan missed the match against the Faroe Islands two days ago due to injury.
