Several Sectors Will Cease to Benefit from Turnover Tax Privileges
The newspaper "Past" reports that the Ministry of Finance is proposing amendments and changes to the Tax Code. As a result of the project's adoption, it is expected to prohibit the organization of professional work and the provision of services within the frameworks of the turnover tax or micro-enterprise taxation systems.
It has been noted that the government's policy aims to reduce the application scope of special taxation systems. One of the directions for implementing this policy is to remove the execution of professional work and the provision of services from the special taxation systems.
In this regard, the legislative changes for the first phase have already been made, which will come into effect on January 1, 2025.
