‘If Almighty God comes down from heaven and tells me that, I will do it,’ says Biden

U.S. President Joe Biden has expressed confidence that he alone can counter Russian President Vladimir Putin, deter China, and maintain NATO as a united entity. This information was reported by TASS.

"I’m not just running a campaign; I’m leading the world, I’m facing Putin," the American leader said in an interview with ABC, adding that he had recently communicated by phone with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the new leader of the British government, Keir Starmer, also paying attention to European and other issues.

This response came when the host asked whether he would be willing to undergo an independent medical examination, including a check of his mental capabilities, and publish the results.

The host also inquired whether the U.S. leader would be able to govern the country for another four years if he wins the upcoming elections in November, suggesting that they should discuss not Biden's past merits but what he could achieve in the future.

"George, I’m the guy who united NATO, that’s the future. No one thought I could expand it. I’m the guy who stopped Putin, no one thought that could happen," the president asserted.

As one of his achievements in the highest state office, Biden also noted the creation of AUKUS in 2021, a security partnership among the governments of Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

"I’m the guy who brought in 50 countries, not just in Europe but beyond, to help Ukraine," Biden continued.

In the interview with ABC, President Joe Biden stated he would refrain from running in the presidential elections if that is what God tells him. "If Almighty God comes down from heaven and tells me that, I will do it," TASS quoted him as saying.

Biden also mentioned that there is no more professional candidate than himself for winning the presidential elections.
