According to him, speaking on IRIB television, Pezeshkian gathered 16.384 million votes, which is at least 53.6% of the total, based on the processing of all 30.530 million ballots. Conservative Saeed Jalili, the representative of the Supreme National Security Council of the Republic’s leader, received 13.538 million votes, or 44.3%.
According to official data, voter turnout was 49.8%. Eslami stated that 30.530 million voters participated in the second round of the elections, while around 61 million people have the right to vote in Iran.
