Why Are You Stealing the Cars? Police Attempt to Tow Vehicles from Blocked Section of Baghramyan Avenue
A specialized towing service vehicle has arrived at Baghramyan Avenue to tow parked cars. The police are demanding that cars be parked beyond the police vehicles. They explain that this area could gather protesters and create movement issues.
"Why don’t you announce this in advance, why are you stealing cars?" asked reserve colonel Mihran Makhsoudyan, a member of the movement "Tavush for the Homeland," whose vehicle was also targeted for towing. The vehicle of Garinik Danielyan, a member of the movement and a deputy of the National Assembly from the "Armenia" faction, was also about to be towed.
“The car isn’t being stolen, we are moving it aside,” said one of the police officers.
It is worth noting that for the third consecutive day, the "Tavush for the Homeland" movement has been blocking Baghramyan Avenue. The leader of the movement, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, has invited everyone to Baghramyan Avenue at 15:00 today.
