Rubinyan on Armenia-Russia Relations
The regular statements from representatives of the Russian Foreign Ministry are not helpful for Armenian-Russian relations. This was stated today by Ruben Rubinyan, the Vice President of the National Assembly of Armenia, during a press briefing with journalists.
“I think it is evident that there are issues in these relations, how else should I evaluate it,” Rubinyan said.
He noted that if there is a will, everything can be overcome, but this should not be an end in itself; rather, it should imply solutions to the problems.
