Surveyors Arrive in Kiranth: Farmers on Edge
Surveyors have currently arrived in the village of Kiranth in the Tavush region. In a conversation with NEWS.am, the village mayor Kamo Shahinyan stated, “Yes, surveyors have come to the village, and there is a large number of police present. The villagers are tense, but they cannot do anything; they have not blocked any roads.”
Shahinyan also noted that he has no information on how long the surveyors will stay but estimates that they will remain for approximately three days.
It should be noted that the march led by Bishop Bagrat, which started from Kiranth, will continue today at 11:00 AM from the intersection of Sevan Peninsula.
