Man Jumps Under Moving Metro at ‘Zoravar Andranik’ Station
A critical incident has occurred in Yerevan. Around 8:00 PM, a man reportedly jumped under a moving metro train at the ‘Zoravar Andranik’ station, according to initial information.
As reported by Shamshyan, efforts are currently underway to retrieve the deceased. The operation is being supervised by the metropolitan's chief director, B. Sedrakyan, who has instructed that the metro service be heightened, with traffic operating in one direction only.
Whether the incident was a suicide or due to negligence is still under investigation. Further details will be provided shortly.
