Djokovic Sets World Record

Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic has set a world record by becoming the first player in history to reach the number one spot on the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) rankings.

Djokovic has surpassed the achievement of legendary tennis player Roger Federer, who concluded his professional career in 2022. Now 36 years old, Djokovic continues to hold the top position in the ATP rankings with a total of 9,725 points.

The Serbian opted to skip the recent Masters tournament in Miami (USA) to spend more time with his family.
