Two Artsakh Families Leave Voskepar
Two families from Artsakh have left the village of Voskepar in Tavush. This information was shared with Sputnik Armenia by the village's administrative leader, Ishkhan Aghbalyan.
"They left a day ago, but the reason is unknown," Aghbalyan said.
When asked whether Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement contributed to the departure of the Artsakh residents, the administrative leader said he couldn't say for sure and did not know the reasons for their leaving.
On March 18, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited Tavush and met with residents of Voskepar, Baghannis, Kirants, and Berkaberd. He announced that the process of border delimitation and demarcation between Armenia and Azerbaijan is entering a practical phase.
