Heavy Rainfall, Fog, and Wind Expected: Weather in Armenia
During today and the next four days, significant areas of Armenia are expected to experience intermittent rainfall and fog, with snowfall in the mountainous regions. This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.
According to the report, on March 19 and during the night of the 20th, precipitation in certain areas will be intense. The wind will be from the south at 2-5 m/s, with a wind intensification expected in some places on March 21-22, reaching speeds of 15-18 m/s.
The air temperature will continue to decrease today but is expected to rise by 5-7 degrees starting tomorrow. In Yerevan, intermittent rain is anticipated. Daytime temperatures will range from 6-8 degrees, while nighttime temperatures will be between 3-5 degrees.
It should be noted that the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center announced yesterday that a powerful cyclone is moving into Armenia, bringing heavy rainfall to eight regions of the country.
