Moscow Issues Statement on Relations with Armenia
The Russian position on all aspects of Armenian-Azerbaijani regulation has been repeatedly and thoroughly presented. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during a briefing.
Zakharova emphasized that Russia is ready to resolve issues with Armenia in a calm and partnership-oriented manner. "In Moscow, guided by the allied nature of relations with Armenia, we are always prepared to address emerging issues calmly, professionally, and in a partnership manner," Zakharova stated.
