Pashinyan States the Only Option for Resolving the Artsakh Issue
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is currently giving an interview to Petros Ghazaryan. Referring to the Artsakh issue, the Prime Minister stated: "There has not been a single document that, upon signing, would resolve the Artsakh issue. There was only one option, which was in 1999, and the signing of that document would mean the issue was closed: it was the exchange of the Meghri region for Artsakh. In other words, Artsakh's annexation to the Republic of Armenia, in exchange for the surrender of the Meghri region. However, that would also lead to other problems."
