Turkish Foreign Minister Reveals Conditions for Normalizing Relations with Armenia
Following the peace agreement, a period of prosperity and development should begin in the region. This statement was made by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan during a joint press conference with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, addressing Armenian-Turkish relations.
“After the peace agreement, a period of prosperity and development should commence in the region. We believe there is no longer room for war and conflicts in the region. Turkey supports peaceful negotiations between the two countries. If relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia are normalized, Turkey will immediately normalize its relations with Armenia as well. Turkey has always supported the resolution of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations,” said Fidan.
