"We are barely working normally with the opposition". Hrachya Hakobyan
No discussions are taking place within the "Civil Contract" faction regarding early elections. "We are barely working normally with the opposition, having substantive discussions on projects, and the parliament is functioning in its normal course without any more excesses," said Hrachya Hakobyan, a member of the National Assembly from the "Civil Contract" faction, in an interview with 24News.
Referring to Nikol Pashinyan's statement that those who do not uphold the ideology of the Civil Contract party should leave voluntarily, Hakobyan noted that a recent example occurred with a member being expelled from the party. He emphasized that if such instances arise, those involved will face the same fate: "Those who do not support the ideology of the Civil Contract will leave; they cannot stay with us, and there are no disagreements within the party."
