The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, will not be meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, in Brussels. This was reported to the media by the spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry, Ani Badalyan.
It is worth reminding that earlier, the Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced that Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will participate in the Eastern Partnership summit in Brussels on December 11.
