Araik Harutyunyan Included in Ukrainian 'Black List'
Former Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan has been included in the Ukrainian database 'Mirotvorets' as one of the perpetrators of 'Russian aggression.' According to media reports, the reason given for his inclusion is that Harutyunyan welcomed the declaration of independence by the Donetsk and Luhansk republics.
