VIDEO: Russia Sends Humanitarian Aid to Artsakh via Akhna
According to Azerbaijani media, in accordance with a memorandum of cooperation between the Azerbaijani Red Crescent and the Russian Red Cross, initiated by the Russian government, the Russian Red Cross has provided a truck loaded with food and non-food items to meet the food needs of the Armenian residents in Nagorno-Karabakh.
The truck crossed the Russo-Azerbaijani border at 14:30 local time and is expected to enter Nagorno-Karabakh via the Aghdam-Askeran route.
The Azerbaijani Red Crescent informed APA that "the cargo is moving along the route of Samur-Baku-Barda-Aghdam-Askeran."
A video has been released on the internet showing the truck loaded with humanitarian aid moving through Aghdam towards Nagorno-Karabakh.
