Aghdam-Stepanakert Road Cannot Be a Precondition for the Reopening of the Berdzor Corridor, Davit Babayan
The Aghdam (Aghdama) - Stepanakert road cannot serve as an alternative to the Berdzor (Lachin) corridor. This was stated by Davit Babayan, advisor to the President of Artsakh, on his Facebook page, noting that he provided comments to the BBC.
Babayan emphasized that according to the agreement of November 9, 2020, this road cannot be blocked, "let alone occupied by Azerbaijan." He also added, "The Aghdam-Stepanakert road cannot be a precondition for the full restoration of the Berdzor corridor's functionality."
