Security Council Meeting Held in Artsakh
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, convened a meeting of the Security Council on August 28. The President informed the participants about the steps being taken to clarify the fates of Artsakh citizens abducted by Azerbaijan today and to facilitate their return home.
