Photograph: Abducted Boys Subjected to Violence
As previously reported, Azerbaijan yesterday abducted three young men from Artsakh at an illegally established checkpoint in the Lachin corridor. Shortly thereafter, the enemy country's prosecutor's office announced that the flag was not violated, but after ten days of detention, the boys will be "deported from Azerbaijan."
Today, a photograph has been released showing the Azerbaijani Human Rights Defender meeting with our boys. The image clearly reveals signs of violence on one of the boys' hands. We hope that this is the only evidence of abuse and that there are no other signs of violence on the other two.
