Russian Peacekeepers Are Not Fulfilling Their Mandate, Says Pashinyan
“In essence, yes, it turns out that the Russian peacekeeping forces are not fulfilling their mandate under the trilateral statement, and this is a serious cause for concern,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during a live interview with the Italian newspaper La Repubblica.
“One of their main objectives for being present in Nagorno-Karabakh was to ensure the security of civil society. In this case, security, including the right to free movement, is not being ensured,” Pashinyan added.
