France to Present Resolution on Artsakh to UN Security Council: Le Figaro
France is preparing to present a resolution to the UN Security Council to assist the 120,000 residents of Nagorno-Karabakh who are on the brink of starvation due to Azerbaijan's blockade, according to Le Figaro.
According to the publication, Paris and major regions of France will send a humanitarian convoy to Armenia next week.
Since June 15, the Azerbaijani side has completely blocked the Lachin corridor, preventing humanitarian travel and cargo transport, as well as prohibiting the transfer of patients from Artsakh to Armenia with the mediation of the ICRC.
