The Situation in Artsakh Has Worsened, Nothing Has Changed: Ruben Vardanyan
The situation currently unfolding in Artsakh seems unbelievable to those living outside the region. This was stated by former Artsakh Prime Minister Ruben Vardanyan in an interview with the Swiss Impact with Banerjis television program.
“The hosts were asking clarifying questions several times about the situation in Artsakh, and when they repeatedly heard the answers, they considered it an incredibly crazy situation in the 21st century. The reality is that Artsakh continues to remain fully blockaded before the eyes of the world, facing inhumane deprivation while fighting for its right to live on its land, while the Azerbaijani dictator proudly boasts on international television and attempts to mislead the world,” he noted.
In the interview broadcast in numerous countries with a multi-million audience, I presented the real picture. The interview was published on July 28. Since then, not only has nothing changed, but the situation in Artsakh has deteriorated even further, and the questions and answers circulating here continue to remain, unfortunately, relevant,” Vardanyan stated.
