The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has decided to grant Azerbaijan until August 10 to provide information regarding Rashid Beglaryan. This information was reported by the Armenian representative on international legal matters.
Azerbaijan is obligated to inform the court about the individual’s whereabouts, conditions of detention, health status, medical assistance received, and the possibility of return, as stated in the announcement.
It is noteworthy that a few days ago, a citizen of the Republic of Artsakh, Rashid Beglaryan, born in 1962, while under the influence of alcohol, left his village in the Hin Shen community of the Shushi region, got lost, and ended up in territory under Azerbaijani control, where he was subsequently taken captive by Azerbaijan.
