18+ VIDEO. Cruel Treatment of Animals Occurs Again

Auroranews has reported an alarming incident that occurred yesterday around 8:30 PM in Charentsavan, showcasing yet another instance of brutal treatment of animals. Animal rights activists Mari Ter-Antonyan and Grant Davoyan contacted us regarding this issue. They stated that they were informed by an eyewitness who directly witnessed the event.

According to them, the witness was a caretaker for the dogs involved. The dogs were kept in a garage, situated far from residential buildings. Reports indicate that the perpetrator is Rustam Chobanyan, a resident of building 9 in the 4th district of Charentsavan, who is employed by the Ministry of Defense (working in Lusakert). It was reported that he shot two dogs, one of which managed to flee while the other unfortunately died.

An eyewitness has filed a report regarding the crime. We urge the relevant authorities to take immediate action to locate this individual. We also encourage citizens to refrain from such cruel and inhumane actions.

It is important to note that cruelty to animals is a criminal offense punishable by law, as stipulated in Article 307 of the RA Criminal Code.
