VIDEO: Head of Dilijan Police Beats 16-Year-Old Boy
The head of the police in Dilijan, Tavush Province, has been caught on video beating a 16-year-old boy at a hotel. According to ArmLur.am, the police chief Arsen Gaytmazyan entered the Haghartsin hotel complex and ordered a room. When the staff informed him that payment was required, a discussion about the price ensued between the police chief and the staff, leading to the police chief physically assaulting the 16-year-old employee.
