Product Labeled as Sour Cream with Vegetable Oil under ‘Ashtarak Milk’ Trademark
The products under the ‘Ashtarak Milk’ trademark were labeled and sold as sour cream despite containing vegetable oil, according to the Competition Protection Commission.
The Commission has qualified the behavior of ‘Arban’ and ‘Pargev’ LLCs as unfair competition constituting a misleading of the public. Consequently, a fine of 17,504,452 AMD was imposed under decision number 217-A.
