Azerbaijanis Open Fire on Peaceful Civilian Working in Fields in Askeran: Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs
Azerbaijanis have opened fire on a peaceful civilian working in the fields in the Askeran region, according to reports from the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs.
On April 5, the Azerbaijani side once again violated the ceasefire regime, targeting 48-year-old Robert Beglaryan, a resident of the Khnapat community in the Askeran region. At around 16:00, while conducting agricultural work with his 'Belarus-82' tractor on his property in the administrative area of Khnapat village, he came under fire from Azerbaijani servicemen.
Various firearms were used from combat positions, resulting in the suspension of agricultural activities. Materials are being prepared by the Askeran regional police department to present to the peacekeeping force.
