Information About Gunfire in Jermuk Is Not True: MoD Spokesperson
The Armenian Ministry of Defense denies reports that gunfire has been heard in Jermuk.
“The information circulating about gunfire in Jermuk does not correspond to reality,” MoD spokesperson Aram Torosyan said in a conversation with Sputnik Armenia.
He noted that the Ministry of Defense issues official statements regarding ceasefire violations. Some Armenian media outlets had reported on a potentially explosive situation in Jermuk.
